Forensic analysis services for victims of financial scams
Eight services, one method: first we document what happened to your money, then we explain the options that exist for trying to recover it and what each one costs. You decide.
In 30 seconds
What we analyze and what we deliver to you
There’s a dedicated guide for each type of scam: cryptocurrency, Forex brokers, and investment scams.
Digital assets, Forex and CFD brokers, commodities, and investment platforms. When legal action is needed, licensed attorneys handle it.
Service 01
Free preliminary assessment
The first step, always free of charge. We review what you tell us and let you know whether your case can be analyzed in depth and what evidence you should gather.
Who it’s for
Anyone who lost money, or thinks they’re about to, with a platform, a broker, or an intermediary, and wants a serious opinion before paying anyone.
What you receive
- A clear answer: whether or not your case can be analyzed
- An evidence checklist tailored to your case
- The free reports you should file with the authorities right away
How it works
- You fill out the case review form on our website or message us on WhatsApp.
- An analyst reviews your case and replies within one business day.
- If it makes sense to continue, the analyst proposes a report, with its cost in writing.
Cost: Free, with no obligation.

Viability Report
Our core service. A written technical report that answers three questions: what happened, where the money went, and which real paths exist, with their cost.
Who it’s for
For anyone who needs to make an informed decision: whether to report to the authorities, file a claim with the bank, consult an attorney, or stop spending money. Also for presenting the facts in an organized way to an institution.
What you receive

Cost: Flat fee (USD 500), payable when you receive the report.
Service 03
Forensic financial audit
We reconstruct every payment you made, document by document: what was paid, when, to whom, and by what method.
Who it’s for
For anyone who made several deposits over weeks or months, lost exact track of what was sent, and needs to prove the facts to a bank, a regulator, or an attorney.
What you receive
- A single payment timeline, with totals by payment method
- Documented inconsistencies between what the platform showed and what actually happened
- Identification of decoy withdrawals and charges for “taxes”
How it works
- You gather receipts, account statements, and screenshots using our checklist.
- We organize each transaction and verify it against its document.
- You receive the report with numbered attachments.
Cost: Included in the Viability Report (USD 500).
Service 04
Crypto tracing
Starting from the hashes and addresses, we follow the path of your cryptocurrency on the blockchain, hop by hop, up to identifiable services such as exchanges.
Who it’s for
For anyone who sent cryptocurrency from an exchange, a bitcoin ATM, or their own wallet to a platform or a person that later disappeared or blocked withdrawals.
What you receive
- A map of how the funds moved on-chain
- Destination addresses and services identified, when possible
- Methodology and limitations in writing (for example, if mixers were used)
How it works
- You share the hashes (TXIDs), addresses, and screenshots with us.
- We reconstruct the flow on the relevant public networks.
- We deliver a report ready for IC3, the identified exchange, or an attorney.
Cost: Simple cases are included in the report. Extended tracing: Personalizado.
Service 05
Forex, CFD, and commodities broker scams
We check whether the broker or intermediary was registered with U.S. regulators, and we document deposits, blocked withdrawals, and the charges demanded.
Who it’s for
For anyone who invested with a Forex, CFD, metals, oil, or futures broker that now won’t allow withdrawals, demands fees or “taxes,” or has stopped responding.
What you receive
- Registration status with the CFTC, the NFA, and other regulators
- A documented history of trades and charges
- Public alerts or regulatory actions involving the entity
How it works
- You give us the legal name, the website, and the account details (no passwords).
- We check public registries and analyze your receipts.
- You receive the report with the paths that apply to your case.
Cost: Included in the Viability Report (USD 500).
Service 06
Investment scams and Ponzi schemes
We analyze the structure of a program that promised fixed returns, and we check whether there are regulatory actions or a court-appointed receiver.
Who it’s for
For anyone who took part in a program that stopped paying, changed its name, or shut down, or whose payouts depended on recruiting more people.
What you receive
- An objective assessment of the program’s structure
- A check for actions by the SEC, the CFTC, or state attorneys general
- If there is a receiver, how to file a claim and which documents to include (filing is usually free)
How it works
- You share contracts, promotional materials, and receipts for deposits and withdrawals.
- We check public records and court actions.
- You receive a report that organizes your participation: deposits, withdrawals, and communications.
Cost: Included in the Viability Report (USD 500).
Service 07
Legal viability
When a case calls for it, licensed attorneys assess whether there is a legal basis, in which jurisdiction, at what cost, and with what reasonable likelihood of moving forward.
Who it’s for
For anyone who already has their evidence organized and wants to know whether legal action makes sense before paying for it.
What you receive
- A written legal opinion from a licensed attorney
- The applicable jurisdiction and the deadlines to keep in mind
- Estimated costs for each legal option
How it works
- With your authorization, we share the report with the attorney.
- Martinelisouza Souza evaluates the case under the rules of their jurisdiction.
- You receive the opinion and decide, under your own contract, whether to continue.
Cost: Based on the attorney’s proposal, always in writing and before any work begins.
Service 08
International cases
When the people responsible, the accounts, or the funds are in more than one country, we work with licensed attorneys to design a step-by-step plan, with clear costs.
Who it’s for
For cases in which money left the U.S. for entities or accounts abroad, or in which several jurisdictions are involved.
What you receive
- A map of the jurisdictions involved
- A recommended sequence of legal and administrative actions
- Estimated costs for each stage
How it works
- We start from the report and the available evidence.
- The attorneys identify the options in each jurisdiction.
- You receive a step-by-step plan and decide which stages to move forward with.
Cost: Based on the approved plan, by stage and in writing.
