FAQ
What people often ask us.
Can money lost to an investment scam be recovered?
Sometimes, yes, but it depends on the case: on the payment method, how much time has passed, and whether the money reached an identifiable institution, such as a bank or an exchange. No one can guarantee it. We explain the factors in this guide and, for your specific case, we tell you in writing in the free evaluation.
Is there a cost to evaluate my case?
No. The preliminary assessment is free, with no obligation. If you decide to continue, the Viability Report has a flat fee (USD 500), agreed in writing and payable when you receive the report.
Do you charge a percentage of the money recovered?
No. We charge per report delivered, never based on results or as a percentage. If a licensed attorney handles legal action, their fees are agreed with you in a separate contract.
Why do you ask for my ID number?
To identify you securely, prevent anyone else from pretending to be you, and prepare the report in your name. It’s optional in the quick evaluation: you can provide it later if you decide to order the report. We will never ask for your Social Security number, passwords, private keys, or access to your computer.
Someone is offering to recover my money in exchange for a payment. Is it real?
Be suspicious if they guarantee results, ask you to pay upfront, claim to work with the FBI or a regulator, or ask for access to your accounts. These are typical signs of a recovery scam.
