The terms of use for this site and for INDAGA’s services. Please read them before you submit an inquiry or hire a service.

What INDAGA is
INDAGA, a brand of INDAGA Forensics, is a firm that provides forensic analysis of financial transactions and viability reports. INDAGA is not a law firm, does not provide legal or financial advice, is not a government agency, and does not act on behalf of any authority, such as the FBI, the FTC, the SEC, the CFTC, or the NFA.
Legal services
When a case requires legal action, it is handled exclusively by attorneys licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, under a separate agreement between you and the attorney. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a report does not create an attorney-client relationship.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee the recovery of funds or any other outcome. Each case is evaluated individually and depends on factors outside our control, such as the time that has passed, the payment method, the jurisdiction, and the actions of third parties.
Fees
The preliminary assessment is free. Paid services, such as the Viability Report, are engaged through a written proposal that states the scope, the flat fee, and the delivery time. We never charge a percentage of amounts recovered, and we never charge based on results. We do not accept payment in crypto or gift cards.
Your commitments
- Share information that is truthful and that you have the right to share.
- Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or full account or card numbers.
- Use the report lawfully.
Use of the report
The report is prepared for you. You may submit it to your bank, the authorities, or an attorney. Each of them decides how much weight to give it.

The information on this site is general and educational; it is not a substitute for the analysis of a specific case or for advice from an attorney. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for a service you hired us for is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless the law of your state of residence provides otherwise.
