Questions about the form
Before you submit
Which information is required?
Your full name, email, country, phone number with country code, ID document, the type of problem, and the approximate amount you lost. Everything else helps us give you a better answer, but you can leave it blank. If you’d rather not share your ID yet, use the two-minute quick evaluation, where it’s optional.
Why do you ask for my ID?
To identify you securely, prevent anyone else from pretending to be you, and prepare the report in your name. Only the assigned team sees it. Do not enter your Social Security number (SSN): we don’t need it.
Why can’t I attach files?
For your safety. If your case moves forward, we’ll ask you for documents through a secure channel, and only the ones we need.
What should I never enter?
Passwords, verification codes, seed phrases, private keys, your Social Security number, or full account or card numbers. We don’t need them to analyze your case.
Does submitting a case review commit me to hiring you?
No. The evaluation is free, with no obligation. You decide afterward, with the cost in writing.
